      We make every effort to ensure that Botanica® plants are healthy and in excellent condition at the time of purchase. However, due to their living nature and the potential for rapid decline in unsuitable conditions, plants are not returnable.

      Plants are living products whose further development depends on care and growing conditions. Therefore, according to Article 38, point 4 of the Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from the purchase does not apply to perishable goods or items with a short shelf life. Plants fall into this category and are non-returnable.

      In our opinion – neither.

      The age-old question of whether the chicken or the egg came first has sparked interesting scientific responses. Studies suggest that before birds started laying eggs, their ancestors might have given birth to live young. By analyzing 51 fossil species and 29 modern ones, scientists from Nanjing and Bristol universities concluded that the earliest reptiles and birds were likely viviparous, and egg-laying evolved later. So, neither the chicken nor the egg came first; early life forms reproduced by giving birth directly.
